The International Bank Transfer is an easy and convenient payment method for customers who are outside of Portugal to make the payment of an order.
The time for the transferred amount to be credited to the destination account may vary according to the processing time of your bank, but normally it's not exceed a period of 3 to 4 days.

Your pack shipment
We ship worldwide. The calculation of shipping costs is done automatically by our site, changing the value based on a price oriented by zones.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off with signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of order. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
